The book Fight Club: Live in Freedom, scheduled for release in 2026, lays out a clear, practical pathway to recovery from pornography and sexual addiction. Designed for individuals and churches, the book provides actionable next steps, biblical foundations, and clinical insight to help readers move from struggle to sustained freedom. In addition, the book equips churches with a replicable framework to launch and sustain their own Fight Club ministries—creating safe, redemptive spaces where people can find healing, accountability, and lasting transformation within their local church communities. The cost investment is minimal at the price of a book; however, the spiritual payout is high. With roughly 75% of men and 40% of women having viewed pornography within the church over the past month and only 7-10% of churches offering any viable ministry to find freedom, it is time to partner with Fight Club: Live in Freedom and no longer passively sit on the sidelines. Get in the game and keep on fighting!

Purpose
Fight Club: Live in Freedom is a safe, affordable, gospel-centered pathway that helps men and women find freedom from pornography and sexual addiction. Through biblical truth, community, accountability, and Weekly Combat Challenges, participants move from shame and isolation into healing, holiness, and a renewed sense of God-given purpose.Manageable Size
Groups should stay small—no more than 12 people—to encourage everyone to participate, feel fully known, and benefit from intentional time together.Appropriate Makeup
All members must be of the same sex, and no one under age 18 should join an adult Fight Club community group.Structured Curriculum
Fight Club: Live in Freedom is a 12-week journey offering Weekly Combat Challenges and scripture, daily devotionals, journaling (5 days a week), and guided discussion questions for the group meeting.Community groups can meet in person or online through a secure video conferencing application. Online groups are often highly successful due to minimized shame and increased anonymity during the early stages of finding freedom from addiction.Purposeful Connection
Fight Club: Live in Freedom is intended to move those struggling with compulsive addictive behavior from isolation to deep connection—with God and with others. Group participants grow from being unknown, selfish, and hurting to becoming vulnerable, honest, and selfless. Conversation is facilitated by the questions completed throughout their weekly reading.Equipping Fight Club Champions
Identify 1–2 spiritually mature, trustworthy leaders. Ensure they read the entire book before leading. While Fight Club Champions should model integrity and humility, porn and/or sexual addiction in their past should not disqualify them from serving.Fight Club Champions should have a basic understanding of addiction and shame dynamics. They must also value confidentiality and group safety, recognizing when it’s lawfully appropriate to breach trust or refer someone to counseling.Transition to Ongoing Groups
The established relationships and comradery built through Fight Club: Live in Freedom often transitions naturally into long-term accountability, small groups, expanding the impact beyond the initial 12 weeks.
